Des’ depth of technical and commercial experience gives him a complete understanding of our clients’ needs, from set up to support. He oversees our consultancy practice and guides the IT Managers in delivering the highest level of strategic managed services.

Jordan Ambrose

Jordan brings over 15 years of sales leadership and relationship management and is responsible for the sales and marketing team. He is intent on IT Lab providing the very best propositions for both our clients and potential clients and ensuring that the service obsession experience is felt from the very beginning of engagement.

John’s 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and MSP solution architecture provides the perfect bridge between “all that is possible” and “what’s right for us and our clients”. He is a firm believer in “practice what you preach” and a keen Cloud and BYOD advocate.

Rachel Kerr

Client Services

Rachel manages the business processes at IT Lab and oversees the customer experience, ensuring that Service Obsession is consistently delivered by our operations and engineering team.

Kit Lab & Link Lab

Adam brings over 12 years industry experience, working with a number of global IT solution providers. He oversees our procurement department and works with our Account Management teams to deliver hardware, software, telecoms and connectivity solutions in rapidly changing markets.

Sanjay Mistri

Fix Lab

Sanjay has over 10 years’ experience in the MSP industry, holding both commercial and technical positions during this time. He has a wealth of practical experience of running an IT support service for SMB’s and since 2012 has grown FixLab into a strong, rapidly growing business.

David McAlinden

General Counsel

David joined IT Lab in 2010 as Head of Legal having worked as a solicitor in private practice in London and Dublin. David manages IT Lab’s legal function, maintaining regulatory compliance and making sure all documentation is tailored to ensure a consistent, high quality service delivery. He also brings a gimlet eye to the general commercial functions of IT Lab, lending precision to the business.
