Resilient & reliable IT with no heartache

Working with prestigious agents in residential and commercial property, as well as leisure and tourism, ehouse provides virtual tours, professional photography, floorplans, brochures and a full web design and service, all under one roof. They use their own technology rather than off-the-shelf solutions, and their own professional photographers who are based throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

In the early days, there was just one computer. One became two, then twenty. It became clear that, in the words of Glen Jones, Director, “We needed a more grown up approach to IT.”

Glen had been solely responsible for the entire system. “The company had been built on my modest level of skills. Now it was time we developed a more resilient, reliable platform of hardware, software and back-up.”

"That’s where IT Lab comes in. They worked with Glen to understand his business – where it was and where he wanted it to be, and from there, put together an infrastructure that would take him there. “There are no weak links,” says Glen. “The people I talk to are competent, switched on and have a positive approach. If there is a problem, I can just pick up the phone and know I don’t have to deal with the heartache.”

Significantly, Glen reveals, “I can go on holiday now without spending a day sitting on a beach with my mobile phone in my hand trying to get something fixed.”

About eHouse

Founded in 1999 as the first virtual tours service provider in the UK, ehouse is the leader in its field. They offer virtual tours, professional photography, floorplans, brochures and a full web design & hosting service. ehouse is about the highest quality, speed and excellent service.
