In the early stages, Jigsaw’s IT was being looked after by a relative of one of the founders. While he provided all the support that was needed at first, it was soon apparent that he could not devote the time required to the organisation as it expanded.
As Jigsaw Research developed, IT became more and more of an issue. It was clear that they needed to formalise their IT strategy, to keep up with new technology that would help them and their clients. With no in-house expertise, the decision was made to outsource.
“Without the service we have from IT Lab, it would be a nightmare,” says Andy Lack, Director. “We don't make many calls, but when we do, we know there's someone at the end of the phone who can put things right.”

“We take it as a given now. We can be confident that everything’s running smoothly in the background. We don’t even think about it any more; it just works,” says Andy.
