Security Consultant

An IT Lab Security Consultant is an industry expert with a significant number of years experience. All Security Consultants will hold the highest industry certification of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). In addition to this certification, Security Consultants will also hold other industry and security product related qualifications.

An IT Lab Security Consultant will also be a highly skilled pre-sales consultant and have un-paralleled experience in client facing roles. They are highly skilled in client requirements analysis solution design and understanding business drivers.

All IT Lab Security Consultants are media trained and are constantly providing interviews to the press on security related issues. The overriding skills of IT Lab Security Consultants are their flexibility, technical skill and ability to exceed client expectations.

Security Engineer

An IT Lab Security Engineer (SE) is a highly trained technical security engineer with many years experience in the industry. Security Engineers will hold multiple security product and industry qualifications. Security Engineers will also hold networking qualifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNP to give them grounding in networking technologies.

Typical skills of a Security Engineer are as follows:
