From start to start

We'll advertise the job, screen the cvs, and complete a multitude of first interviews without you having to lift a finger. Once we've found a selection who we feel will be right for the job, we invite you to join us for the second round of interviews. This means you can trust what you're hearing and seeing when sitting with the candidates; you know they've reached our exacting standards and will be an asset to your team.
Once you've made your selection we'll then invite the candidate to spend some time at our London headquarters to learn the IT Lab ropes. This means that strong relationships are built up between your team and ours from the very beginning.
