IT Lab Direct makes full use of IT Lab’s enterprise class Project Management team, which is always available to use for large-scale projects and consultancy.

We’ve also realised the need for smaller projects to be made easier to purchase and implement, which is why we developed ‘A La Carte’ IT Projects. A shopping list of common small-scale projects bundled together into one simple price.

IT Manager Strategic Consultation	A 3 Hour session with one of our highly trained IT Managers to discuss the strategic aspect of your IT.
Technology Audit and Roadmap	A Full technology audit and 12 month IT Roadmap from one of our highly trained IT Managers.
Direct Network Audit	A brief audit of your IT Systems to give us detailed information so that we can provide comprehensive support, we also provide you with a written summary detailing the state of your IT Systems and any recommendations we might have.
One Day Security Audit	A snap shot security review of your company highlighting any security issues that may put your company at legal, commerical or technical risk. This will include simulating attacks by hackers to test your internal IT systems.
Penetration Testing	Using techniques and tools used by hackers we test your network identify any issues before its to late. A must have for all companies with an Internet Connection.
Free Web Filtering	For a small installation fee we will setup and maintain Open DNS on your system as a means of free web content filtering.
