What It Costs

At IT Lab we believe in making things as easy as possible, that’s why IT Lab Direct has a simple ‘minute pack’ payment system.

Minutes can be purchased in advance to be used for our support services. The price per minute is dependent on how many minutes are purchased, see the sliding scale below.

All prices are excluding VAT.

Whilst there are no additional fees for remote support, if and when an engineer is required onsite there is a call out fee to cover the travel and admin costs.

Minutes are deducted from your balance as and when support is used, and there are no standing fees or retainers.

The minutes cover all the support you require whilst ad hoc consultancy and project services are priced individually per job/contract. The engineering rates for projects are displayed below:
