The Service

IT Manager Support (ITMS) combines the capabilities of your IT staff and our team to deliver your business all the immediacy and intimacy of an in-house team with all the security and capability of an outsource supplier.

The Best of Both Worlds

In-house versus outsource is an age old debate but there isn’t just one right answer. Internal staff and outsource support can both play key roles in the right IT function for your business. ITMS provides you modular access to our comprehensive range of services so that you can supplement your in-house team with the perfect mix of services.

The Contract

The standard contract is a 12 month minimum term followed by a rolling 90 days notice period. Payment is monthly in advance by DD for subscription fees. Other credit terms are available on application.

‘Unlimited’ Minutes

All helpdesk services are offered on a fixed fee basis with an agreed tariff for average minutes used per month. This tariff is reviewed up and down, quarterly, with no retrospective charging.

The Community

With ITMS your staff become part of our technical team and will have complete access to regular technical events and training sessions. They will also be encouraged to participate in our active social calendar.

The Modules

ITMS can be completely tailored to your requirements. If your shop floor is always manic and you'd like to concentrate on strategic planning, then handover your 1st and 2nd line support to us. If you'd like a network upgrade or other such project, but have your hands full with user issues, then hand the consultancy and project delivery over to us. Find out more about the modules here.
