Although we aim to solve most of your problems remotely (to save you time) that doesn’t mean we aren’t keen to meet you. We allocate you with named IT Labbers who strive to build good working relationships with the people in your business. Your team is known as your stripe.

With your own IT manager

Other suppliers may be happy leaving you to it once you have signed your support contract. But we think you deserve more. So we give you an IT manager who draws up an annual road-map of your technology needs, then assigns an engineer to make sure that work gets done.

Client advocacy

We will also give you a senior client advocate, who will be the starting point for every conversation you want to have with us, from technical support to billing. They will give you a guaranteed response time and make sure we follow up on our promises.

Developing your business

We appreciate you probably don’t have time to keep abreast of new technical developments that could help your business, so we will give you a business development manager who will do the work for you, while also making sure you always have the right level of support.

Technical expertise

Of course, all the account managers and client advocates in the world are of little use if we can’t fix your problems. So you’ll get a whole team of highly qualified and experienced IT professionals to support you. They’ll review your business issues every day to make sure all is in order.
