As part of our Service Obsession™ drive we need to keep a track of how we are doing. Where Are We Now? Where Are We Going?
Our most recent score was 13.7 though we'll be running surveys again soon and fully expect it to be considerably higher. The average British company gets a score of 3 and the best companies in the world get get scores in the 80s.
