We’ve had over 10 years to perfect our 4 step recruitment process, which we use for clients and for recruiting personnel for in-house positions across our group:
Online application, including an online test consisting of 30 industry standard questions.
1st Interview – Technical interview with our CIO and a written technical exam (with no access to smartphones).
2nd Interview – “Company cultural” interview with HR manager and/or senior management and Line Manager.
Clifton StrengthFinder – Gallup’s highly acclaimed online assessment tool helps identify a candidate’s core strengths and talents. We can also deploy StrengthFinder to assess key personnel to help ensure a suitable ‘fit’ with the appointee and complimentary skill and talent sets.
Get support and assistance with IT HR whenever you need it.
