Our Recruitment Process
We’ve had over 10 years to perfect our 4 step recruitment process, which we use for clients and for recruiting personnel for in-house positions across our group:
Online application, including an online test consisting of 30 industry standard questions.
1st Interview – Technical interview with our CIO and a written technical exam (with no access to smartphones).
2nd Interview – “Company cultural” interview with HR manager and/or senior management and Line Manager.
Clifton StrengthFinder – Gallup’s highly acclaimed online assessment tool helps identify a candidate’s core strengths and talents. We can also deploy StrengthFinder to assess key personnel to help ensure a suitable ‘fit’ with the appointee and complimentary skill and talent sets.
Personnel Support
Get support and assistance with IT HR whenever you need it. Many clients ask us not just to find the right person, but also to create a comprehensive HR management framework, including management structures, work monitoring and compliance mechanisms, contracts and documentation. We can also provide flexible onsite training for appointees or existing employees.
Short Term Cover
Providing experienced IT staff on a short term basis, whenever you need them. Key IT personnel off sick or on holiday? No problem! Our experienced staff can provide flexible onsite cover for any area of your IT operations, so your work-flow isn’t interrupted.
